Avi files to MPEG-1 using TMGEnc like you said instead of using nero to encode the AVi to mpeg-1 because the encoding is'nt good,then i should drag the newly encoded MPEG-1 files to nero burning rom and burn right?Ĥ.If i have 720 MB to fit on a 700mb VCD using nero vision express 2 ,even though nero warns of overburning it should still play perfectly? (i'll use your method from now on but i ask just out of intrest) After clicking on the burn compilation option after dragging the files the bitrate is changed by clicking on the write speed right?,i have an old CD-r so at the moment it's at it's highest at 8x(1,200 Kb/s) and to fit it all on the disk i would have no pick the next lowest speed which is 4x(600 KB/s).Ģ.My files are in NTSC format,how do i change them to PAL resolution so i can play them on a european VCD playerģ.I should change.
